Australian orders typically arrive within 5-10 business days. International shipping takes 10-20 business days depending on destination. Framed artworks and large canvases are shipped via Pack & Send with full insurance. You'll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.
We offer free Australia-wide shipping on orders over $310 AUD. For orders under this amount, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and product weight. Domestic Australian orders typically range from $12-$60.
International shipping: Calculated at checkout based on destination and package size. International orders do not qualify for free shipping.
We use eco-friendly packaging to protect your artwork and the environment:
- PPS Honeycomb Roll for cushioning
- Compostable satchels and mailing tubes
- Protective kraft paper wrapping
- Framed and large pieces receive extra protective materials
- All high-value items are fully insured
Damaged items: Contact us within 7 days with photos for a replacement or refund.
Change of mind: Returns accepted within 14 days for prints and homewares in original condition. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Custom & commissioned works: Final sale unless faulty. The 40% deposit is non-refundable once work begins.
Yes! We ship worldwide. International orders typically take 10-20 business days depending on your location. We use reliable carriers like Australia Post, DHL, and FedEx. All international shipments include tracking and insurance. International shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are not included in our free shipping offer.
Every piece comes with:
- Certificate of Authenticity signed by the artist
- Cultural story card explaining the artwork's meaning

- Direct artist creation – all work is made by our family of Aboriginal artists

Aboriginal culture has strict protocols around sacred and restricted symbols. Some symbols and stories are only meant for specific people, ceremonies, or contexts. Kelly and her family respect these protocols strictly:
- We only paint stories we have permission to share
- We consult with family elders before creating new works
- We never commercialize sacred or restricted symbols
- We document all permissions and cultural approvals

Every custom commission includes full cultural consultation:

Custom commissions start at $300 AUD and typically take 4-8 weeks depending on size and complexity. A 40% deposit is required to begin.
Yes! Every purchase includes:

All pieces ship within 24 hours of completion with tracking and insurance. We'll keep you updated throughout the creation process with progress photos.

Yes! We offer Afterpay, which allows you to split your purchase into 4 interest-free payments over 6 weeks. For larger original paintings or custom commissions, we can arrange custom payment plans. Contact us at hello@ktafa.store to discuss options.
All prices on our website are displayed in AUD (Australian Dollars) by default. Your payment processor will automatically convert to your local currency at checkout. You can also manually select your preferred currency using the currency selector in the website footer.

Original Paintings & Canvas Prints:
- Display away from direct sunlight to prevent fading

Hooded Blankets:

Yes. All artworks and designs are protected under the Copyright Act 1968 and international copyright laws. Each piece includes a Certificate of Authenticity with copyright information.
What this means:
- You own the physical artwork you purchase
- You cannot reproduce, copy, or distribute the design
- Commercial use requires written permission and licensing agreement
- All rights remain with the artist
